On Saturday, April 19, starting at 10:00 AM, the first underwater cleanup action of the year will take place on the Trogir promenade. The event is organized by the Trogir Tourist Board, the City of Trogir, and Seastorm Rental.
This area is one of the city’s most frequented locations, experiencing significant pressure throughout the year due to heavy foot traffic and maritime activity. The initiative comes just ahead of the new tourist season, serving as an important contribution to the preservation of the marine environment.
The EKO TROGIR initiative has already been recognized as a good practice example, regularly bringing together divers, volunteers, and local stakeholders—not only to remove waste but also to raise awareness about the importance of protecting the sea and nature.
