Quadrilla Day

On the occasion of the World Dance Day – 29 April, KUD Kvadrilja, the longest standing ensemble in Trogir, performs its traditional dance every year exactly at noon on the Pjaca square.

Numerous citizens and visitors have the opportunity to meet the company of 16 couples who, accompanied by the Mandolin Orchestra, cherish the unique dance heritage of Trogir.

This cultural manifestation aims to perserve Trogir’s cultural identity.

Therefore, a rich program through seminars, educations and workshops is carried out over the course of several days.
